Send an original release for editorial review. This form is for radio and catalogue consideration, not for ordering mixing or mastering.

Submission requirements

Prepare these essentials before you upload.

Confirm eligibility and rights Submit original work only, with permission from every artist, producer and rights holder.

Prepare the audio file Upload MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG or AAC — not video (no phone MP4/MOV). Compressed audio max ~40MB; WAV/FLAC max ~100MB. Files go direct to BVS storage (not through the web host size limit).

Add release details Title, genre, optional cover art and description (language, city, features).

Understand the review Upload does not guarantee airplay or publication.

Where it goes: Browser → Supabase bucket bvsradio-audio under tracks/…, then a submitted row for staff at Admin → Editorial. Not on radio until approved.
